You can add Kent and Essex Mutual Insurance to your payables list in your online banking. The account number is your policy number. Make the payment same as you would if paying a utility.
Can I change my monthly withdrawal date?
Absolutely!
Please contact your broker no less than one week before your next withdrawal and select one of the following days: 1st, 5th, 15th or 20th. Please provide a void cheque or bank document with your banking information. You are limited to one change per year.
How can I pay for an outstanding balance I received by registered mail for my missed payment?
We have several options. Credit cards may be processed through Make A Payment. We are registered with most financial institutions for online payments, we accept money orders and payment can also be made with your broker.
