|Tim McIntosh, Chair
Tim has been a member since 1986. He was elected on the Board of Directors in 2003, serving one term as chairperson. Former owner of Great Lakes Trucking; today Tim lives in Staples area with his wife, owns and operates McIntosh Family Farm, with the assistance of his two grown sons. Tim is also a life member of Erie Ramblers Club, serving in various committees and executive positions though the years.
|John Aitken, First Vice Chair
John was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009. He lives in Port Lambton with his wife Cindy. He graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto in 1976. In 1978 he successfully completed the requirements to become a Chartered Accountant. John practiced public accounting in Chatham-Kent until his retirement in 2015.
|Bill Rhodes, Second Vice Chair
Bill began his career as a director with Kent & Essex in 2003. He graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in Economics in 1982 and prior to his election, he was an adjuster for Agricorp. Bill operates a cash crop and vegetable farm and does custom trucking. He is also a volunteer fireman with the North Raleigh Fire Department. Fun times include family time, basketball, four wheeling and skiing.
|Jeff Stokes, Director
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Guelph BSc. Agr. , majoring in Agricultural Mechanization and minoring in Business. He owns a hydroponic greenhouse, producing sweet bell peppers and lives in the quaint village of Dover Centre. His hobbies include sport aviation, bass fishing and he also severs a board member for a local baseball association.
|Brian King, Director
Brian has been a director with Kent and Essex since 2001. He and his wife Kim have six children and ten grandchildren and live in the Tilbury-Jeannettes Creek area. Brian is actively farming and a graduate of St. Clair College with a certificate as an Electronics Technician. He is a former councilor for Chatham-Kent where he served for many years as chair of the CK Health Board and the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority. He continues to serve on the CK Drainage Board
|Andre Mailloux, Director
Andre joined the board of directors at Kent & Essex Mutual in 2008. He graduated from the University of Windsor in 1995 with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree. He lives in the city of Windsor and is the proud owner of Brews and Cues a pub that features locally sourced food, beer and of course pool, since 1998.
|Leonard Mailloux, Director
Leonard became a member of the K&E team as a director in 1997. He has served on various agriculture and community related boards and committees since 1982. Leonard and his wife of 35 years, Debbie, reside in the Amherstburg area where they raised two sons and now enjoy two grandsons. Len and his cousins owned and operated a 3rd generation cash crop & turkey farm. Presently semi-retired with son and cousin owning and managing the farm, Len now devotes much more time to gardening and coaching hockey & instructing at power skating schools.
|Leanne Segeren-Swayze, Director
Leanne has worked in municipal government since 1991 and at present, is the Director of Customer Service with the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. She is currently undertaking a Degree in Bachelor of Professional Arts, Majoring in Governance, Law and Management. Leanne has also attained two Business Diplomas, an Executive Honors Diploma in Municipal Management, as well as completed extensive leadership and management courses and certificates. She has lead and served on various committees and boards throughout her career, in addition to the volunteer sector in Chatham-Kent.
|Jennifer Douglas, Director
Jennifer is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) at Banwell & Douglas CPA Professional Corporation in Essex. She resides with her husband and three children on their cash crop farm in the Staples area. In her down-time she enjoys helping her children with their 4H projects, crafting, cooking and gardening.
